Legal Spend Management - CT TyMetrix
The increased utilization of AFAs by corporate law departments has been driven by two main factors. First, the recession that began in 2008 created an environment where corporate law departments were forced to implement cost control efforts. This resulted in an economic balance shift of sorts from the large law firm back to the corporate law department. The other driver has been that in the past five years many corporate law departments implemented technologies like integrated e-billing, matter management and business intelligence. the FTSE 100 got a lot of help from today’s UK GDP number, which showed stronger than expected growth of an annualised 1.1% in Q2, also showing an improvement of 1.6% year on year, though the blue chips failed to stay in the positive as investors were jittery ahead of today’s results of the stress test of 91 banks. Footsie declined 0.2%, but still remained above 5,300. Investment bank Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) has predicted that at least 10 banks will fail. Delta Air Lines Inc. shares will probably be canceled as part of the company's bankruptcy, just like shares left by United Airlines parent UAL Corp. and US Airways Group Inc during their Chapter 11 reorganizations. "We're not expecting the stock to survive the reorganization process," Delta Chief Financial Officer Edward Bastian said during a break in hearings on the company's dispute with its pilots union. Delta warned investors in November of ...
How do I remove a fraudulant business review from Google Maps ...
Our company received a negative review last year on a site called "CitySearch." It turns out the review was written by a unhappy former employee. Making matters worse, the comment was picked up and posted on Google Maps. We contacted CitySearch several weeks ago and they removed the review after determining it was spam. The post still remains on Google Maps, however. The review is fraudulant and detrimental to our company's online reputation. We request it be removed. Key words used would be "hot tubs" Glen Allen" "Virginia" "Richmond" "spas" et., al. Thank you for your help. I'm posting the link below. ...
