It's actually not a bad idea. Esp if anyone here is really up on the actual laws. There is alot of misconceptions floating around and lately being posted in question and answers. well a friend of mine got hit with a threatening letter about "deep linking" - it seems to be a gray area. I like people to answer this question keeping in view the scenarios of Public listed companies where majority share holding (55%) is held by a Family, family holds the major Directorship, and obviously chairman is also elected from the family. so in such case the whole corporate governance is sometime in a fix. Who will protect the rights of minority share holders who are scattered owners of company by buying shares through IPO and subsequent marketing.
