prevents a lender from charging lower fees. Many lenders offer a variety of student loan discounts to attract borrowers. Few students can afford to pay for college without some form of
education financing. Two-thirds (65.6%) of 4-year undergraduate
students graduated with a Bachelor's degree and some debt in 2007-08,
and the average student loan debt among graduating seniors was $23,186

This study is one of the first to estimate the total impact of illegal
immigration on the federal budget. Most previous studies have focused on the
state and local level and have examined only costs or tax payments, but not
both. Based on Census Bureau data, this study finds that, when all taxes paid
(direct and indirect) and all costs are considered, illegal households created a
net fiscal deficit at the federal level of more than $10 billion in 2002. We
also estimate that, if there was an amnesty for illegal aliens, the net fiscal

I've given programs on fair use for clients internally, and I do touch on their own internal programs that would follow on after my program, but I can't think of anything off hand specifically on fair use IN internal training programs (if that's what you mean rather than programs about fair use FOR internal training programs).
