i am a landlord having tenant issues. does anyone recommend this service? it looks like from what i have read, they give primarily over the phone advice and send letters but if you need to go to court they will recommend one in your area, if you are lucky enough to have one near you, at a discounted rate and the lawyer and discount are not that great.
