QUESTION: Someone I know was terminated on a charge of sexual harassment, inappropriate touching. There was no warning and the individual was not informed verbally or in writing that a charge had been levied or that an investigation was taking place. The individual was not given the opportunity to address the charge in any way. The individual was simply told about the charge and terminated on the spot.
