Just to clarify, I am in fact referring to a 3rd party timekeeping software that has embedded internal controls designed to comply with government regs if used properly. I have used many systems that were designed to interface with Deltek, but have never worked on an engagement where the client is trying to interface a system with Peoplesoft.
