I have calculated my Cost of Freight as a percentage of my net purchases and net sales and I was wondering if you could tell me what is the industry benchmark/standard that I can compare it to. My inbound COF % of net purchases is around 8%. My outbound COF % of net sales is around 3%. I have the two percentages but I have nothing to compare them to. I hope you can help.
