Neighborhood Traffic Management Survey
Data on traffic signal systems is usually best known at local or regional levels and is rarely shared across multiple states. In an attempt to better understand some of the basic characteristics of traffic signal systems in North America, I developed a simple overview survey of traffic signal maintenance and design elements (see attached survey form).
