I suppose there is always a question behind the question. I hadn't really read a good definition before, and was curious as to how others interpret the difference. I am looking into frameworks and methodologies, and when trying to select "which one to use" you need to understand the options open. I don't think frameworks and methodologies are interchangeable, but a lot of BPM literature says "select a framework or methodology" as if they were.
