Washington's voters appear ready to approve both fall initiatives that would privatize liquor sales in Washington state, a new poll shows. The SurveyUSA/KING5 sampling showed that 59 percent of voters said they were certain to vote yes on Initiative 1100 and 54 percent were certain to approve Initiative 1105. Federal chief information officer Vivek Kundra announced today that 26 IT projects that have been halted for review will be considered as "high risk" and require more robust management plans and additional review before moving forward.
