I was looking at this case between two former heads of the game developer Infinity Ward (IW) and Activision Publishing. In the case, the IW heads (plaintiffs) are asking for an injunction against the Defendant (Activision) to keep them from releasing anything with the Modern Warfare brand on it. Now my question, on the first page of the case it says (stamped) "Case Management Conference June 21 2010." Does this mean that the injunction will not be granted (or denied) until that time, and Activision can release whatever Modern Warfare branded things they want until June 21?
