Denise Bedford is now the Goodyear Professor of Knowledge Management at Kent State University (KSU). Denise is running the Knowledge Management program in the Information Architecture and Knowledge Management Program (IAKM http://iakm.kent.edu/ ). The IAKM program is defining KM competencies, job streams, and ways to insert these into hiring practices. Denise, Nancy Faget and Karen Huffman have been talking about capturing 9-minute videos on KM professionals.
