To keep the company from failing!! I am employed at a collection agency, and the manager has ZERO management skills, is unruly, verbally abusive & has no tact! Since I have been there the past 2 years, I've seen 5 employees uP & leave bc of the "manager"! I too will be putting in my 2 weeks on Monday & basically the company will SHUT DOWN because there will be NO MORE EMPLOYEE'S!!!!!
