However, water hazards offer many benefits and are a very wise investment - with a good water management program a water hazard can be virtually maintenance free and cost effective!   It's that time of year again, yes, the dreaded time of year when many ...

Government Faulted for Poor Protection of Freshwater Resources in Oil Sands Region
Contention within Canada’s House of Commons over regulating the environmental impact of oil sands mining broke out into the open last week with the release of a report critical of the government’s weak stance on protecting freshwater resources from severe contamination. "In the final analysis, the story of the oil sands' relationship to water is very much a tale of denial by interested parties—private-sector and governmental—of the potential negative consequences the industry might be having on (water)," the report, written by Liberal members of the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development, said. ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

Which VOIP (SIP or IAX) service provider do you recommend for the ...
I've had a bad experience with my first try of a specific SIP provider, which I used through my asterisk server and a softphone. Calls were usually with low audio quality, had frequent 2+ second delays, and occasional drops in the middle of calls. I'm looking for recommendations of premium grade providers with which you had a very positive experience. The providers I'm looking for must have reasonably competitive international rates and, most importantly, per-second billing -- please don't recommend those which don't fit both of these requirements. I'm a quick learner of computer programs... but am currently looking for a job and am realizing that I need excel training... (another of the things I really should've studied in college.) Any recommendations on where to get training in New York City? Are there any sites that offer driving recommendations? I don't mean driving directions, I mean sites that offer tips and tricks for more pleasant ways to go from point A to point B, or that provide information and tips about specific interstates, freeways, highways, and roads.
