The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll out Monday afternoon suggests that the country's financial crisis, record low approval ratings for President Bush and a drop in the public's perception of McCain's running mate could be contributing to Obama's gains. Fifty-three percent of likely voters questioned in the poll say they are backing Obama for president, with 45 percent supporting McCain. That 8-point lead is double the 4-point lead Obama held in the last CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll, taken in mid-September. Vivus Plunges Most Ever After US Review of Qnexa
July 16 (Bloomberg) -- Vivus Inc. shares plunged the most ever in New York trading the day after U.S. reviewers recommended against approval of its Qnexa diet pill, a decision that analysts say may threaten makers of competing drugs. Isn't a second mortgage included in the approval process of a ...
My daughter sold her house under the 'short sale' guidelines. She had a second mortgage on the house. She was led to believe that when she was approved for the short sale that it included an approval by the second mortgage lender. Now she is being told that she owes a huge chunk of money. She was never given this information by her real estate agent. Shouldn't the second mortgage lender have approved of the short sale before the final closing? Does she have any recourse? Your daughter is the first of many whom I'll afraid are going to deal with this. The short sales was agreed to by the first ...
