I'm curious as to what everyone is doing to effective gain more business on their site. I had noticed someone posted about free shipping but I'm interested in what others are doing whether it be emails, ads., adwords, or coupons. Thanks everyone for your input. Phew... that's a tall order for us to digest several thousand posts into one succinct "here's what we did" thread. The short answer is all of the items you listed are viable and used by many of the webmasters here. Exactly which ones, in what combination, and their performance depends upon many different factors.
