Michael Fauscette: Socialytics for Sales, Marketing and Customer ...
Last week at the CRM evolution conference in NYC I presented an updated discussion on socialytics in a social CRM context. The conference itself was excellent, here's conference chair Paul Greenberg's follow up post . Anyway, the concept of socialytics (a trend we started covering last year) or deploying an analytics platform to capture and analyze data generated by the social web is gaining momentum and getting a lot of attention from social software vendors and more importantly from end users. The diagram at the left represents what I call the "intersection of highest value information", the point where social data ... market research, surveys and trends

can improve. What if there were a secret formula you could use to grab people’s attention, stimulate their desire, and trigger action? Ba-da-boom , instant sales and subscriptions. Don’t be silly, there are no easy formulas, of course not. But just follow along with me here. I’ve been reading several neuroscience and communications books that say the same things in different ways, and I think these persuasion tips can easily apply to better blog writing. Take a look at this diagram I whipped up with SmartDraw : Grabbing readers’ attention is the first step, of course. (By the way, this doesn’t only ... market research, surveys and trends

How does your company integrate offline and online marketing ...
Terrific question. For too long marketing budgets have been set and then an arbitrary percentage, say 10%, went to online without a true understanding of its impact. My firm, WCM, no longer differentiates between traditional and online because the separation is not necessary and new tools are constantly being developed. Online is mainstream. Moving forward: Start with the business problem needing to be solved through marketing. Then make a list of the techniques you can use to solve the problem. Prioritize the list and diagram the best course of action. See where the connections lead - - I suspect traditional is driving ...
Ladder Diagram examples and primer | LinkedIn Answers | LinkedIn
Ladder diagrams are specialized schematics commonly used to document industrial control logic systems. They are called "ladder" diagrams because they resemble a ladder, with two vertical rails (supply power) and as many "rungs" (horizontal lines) as there are control circuits to represent. If we wanted to draw a simple ladder diagram showing a lamp that is controlled by a hand switch, it would look like this: The "L1" and "L2" designations refer to the two poles of a 120 VAC supply, unless otherwise noted. L1 is the "hot" conductor, and L2 is the grounded ("neutral") conductor. These designations have nothing to do with ...
