I think you need to start by defining what you want to accomplish with social media before you can define the metrics for ROI. I live in Ottawa, Canada and there's definitely a major need for daycare centres, the waiting lists are sometime years long! I'm somewhat familiar with the Day Nurseries Act, and I know all about ratios, menu planning ect.
