I sell a program that helps people who are recovering from alcoholism (the web site is timetoquitdrinking.com). I currently sell the product from my web site to customers in the US and Canada. The product is warehoused and shipped to customers in the US by the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service. FBA does not ship to customers in Canada, which means I have to ship Canadian orders myself (which is inefficient and time-consuming).
