2006 Online Ad Spending Hits Nearly $17 Billion - ClickZ
Online ad revenues continue their upward surge, hitting $16.9 billion in 2006, according to the Interactive Advertising Bureau's annual revenue report, released today. Search ads and dollars from consumer-aimed advertisers still dominate, while spending on CPM and performance-based advertising has grown. Revenues in '06 rose 35 percent over 2005. At $16.9 billion, the total was higher than the $16.8 billion originally estimated by the IAB in March. Back in 1999, online ad revenues clocked in at $4.6 billion, according to the report. Running A/B test but not all my conversions are showing up ...
I started an experiment a week ago. GWO indicates that there have been 8000 visitors to my sales page (4000 for A and 4000 for B). This number is consistent with my Google Analytics data. The problem is that GWO shows just 1 conversion, when in fact I know from my shopping cart (1ShoppingCart) that there have been about 30 sales. What could be the problem? Are you sure that the conversion code is on all variations of your goal page perhaps?
