Terminator: Salvation « The Blog of Weigy.
the Anthem crew, my girlfriend and I decided to go to the midnight showing for Terminator: Salvation. I instinctively avoid sequels, remake or prequels to my favorite childhood movies. Terminator:Salvation showed symptoms of a painful, grating experience at the theater. The key symptoms are such: That this movie was directed by McG, the man to whom we owe 2 very much unneeded Charlie’s Angels movies.  The movie has a script riddled with holes. All inflicted by a nigh-omnipotent plot device/curse known as time-travelling.  The movie has a trailer that tells the story from start to finish without leaving you very little to ... market research, surveys and trends

doubled in size in the past five years. These armies of detail representatives have insurance benefits, drive company cars, are supplied with company-issued laptop computers, and need to continually provide physicians in their territories with product samples, patient education materials, and detail aids they leave behind after each sales call. The fixed costs for a pharmaceutical sales force are so high, it's no wonder promotional spending in other physician directed media is down. Knowledge Networks says half of docs now use EMRs - FierceEMR
Hard to believe, but 52 percent of specialists and 50 percent of primary-care physicians claim to be using EMRs, up from 42 percent and 38 percent, respectively, two years earlier, a new survey indicates. The survey does not specify what EMR usage means. "While use of this technology will soon be mandated, these 'early adopter' levels suggest a desire for digital convenience at a time when patient record keeping promises to become exponentially more complex," reports New York-based survey firm Knowledge Networks. The company conducted the study of nearly 11,000 healthcare professionals through the Physicians ... industry trends, business articles and survey research
Telco closes west-side branch, future of Rushmore Crossing office uncertain
Rapid City Telco Federal Credit Union closed its west side branch on Saturday, four months after the national agency that regulates credit unions ordered it to stop construction of a new main office at the Rushmore Crossing shopping center. The order came because Telco was out of compliance with federal credit union rules, overextended on its fixed asset investment as a percentage of its shares and earnings. The National Credit Union Administration ordered Telco to submit a written plan that included a cost-benefit analysis of several potential ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

Google Answers: Size of E-Learning industry
I am interested to know how big is the overall training industry and how big is the e-learning portion of that industry. Ideally, I'd love to see some real and project growth curves for each. For instance, one might guess that e-learning is still a relatively small portion of the overall training industry (in dollar terms), but that it is growing much more quickly. I'd like to know whether that's true, and to have specific numbers. Clarification of Question by alexincalifornia-ga on 25 Sep 2005 03:49 PDT Nancy, I do mean the broad industry; the basic point is to compare the e-learning ...
