Youtube decided to suspend Darksydephil's account after a third strike copyright claim, this time it seems from ubisoft for an ongoing playthrough of the new splintercell. This is BS because there is no law, rule or convention on this subject of videogame playthroughs. Darksydephil was allowed to post 7000+ videos of him playing all kind of games so why would youtube suspend him now?
