A look back on the 2010 Legislature - - Politics
The 2010 Legislature was the first one to meet in the beautifully – restored Capitol Building.  Much as we enjoyed being back in the Statehouse, we didn’t stay long.  The session, at 78 days was the shortest since 2004, and far shorter than last year’s session of 117 days. During this time, 816 bills were drafted, 551 introduced, and 339 bills passed.  None of the  bills were vetoed by the Governor. Termed by some as the” Slash and Bash” session, much of the focus was on drastically reducing state budgets and championing states rights over federal government regulations and mandates. Internet Marketing - Internet Marketing 101 – A Beginner's Guide ...
In the current economic client, many businesses are focusing on efforts that contribute to high ROI (return on investment). High overhead departments and marketing campaigns are getting slashed as managers tighten their belts. This emphasis on “low costs, high returns” can mean a shift in focus away from traditional marketing & sales efforts (such as maintaining an army of reps out in the field) and towards interactive marketing campaigns. A revamp with a difference
When it comes to growing a business, we often think of factors such as adding more staff, increasing inventory and stepping up our marketing efforts. However, one area that is often overlooked is your workspace. That's right, your actual business premises.   This has been at the forefront of my mind lately because I'm going to be moving our office to new premises.  I was working with complicated Linked Spreadsheets, for calculating Employee Incentive. In one of the Linked sheets I want to calculate incentive on the basis of target achieved the employee, looking at his salary. I'll explain it in detail. Incentive depends on the target achieved by the sales agent. Minimum being 3 times of salary. If he achieves that, his incentive is 5% of the profit he gives to the company. If his target exceeds 4 times the salary his incentive % will be 7% , if he gives a profit of 5 times his salary the profit will be 9% and at 6 times it'll be 10%. and no incentive if hes below 3 times ...
