Real estate activity in Worcester County continued to climb steadily, according to figures compiled by the Maryland Association of Realtors, adding another month of gains that began nearly a year ago. Total settlements in the county for that month reached 136 properties sold, up 20 percent from the year before, when 113 properties were sold.
