MBA vs. MS Computer Information Systems - Career Advice? - Yahoo ...
I am in Sales. I want to break into IT and work with databases or ERP solutions. I have an Associates degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Information Technology. I am currently on the 2nd class of my MBA. I'm close to 30 and all of my work experience is either military or business related, virtually nothing has been IT related unfortunately. I'm wondering what would be a better degree to hopefully get my foot in the door in IT, hopefully as a DBA. I have plenty of business experience, a B.S. in IT and would have to get certified in some aspect to even be taken seriously on any applications.
