I came to Canada from New Zealand in August, 2007. I have been teaching and researching in the area of elearning since 1996. I did my postdoctoral research in the area of design, development and evaluation of collaborative learning environment at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. In 2007 I have received grants from British Council and Hewlett Packard for research in the area of elearning. In Athabasca University I am working on a research project on the effectiveness of ePortfolio. I am involved in the design and development of masters and doctoral courses at CDE.
