This unprecedented level of investment in educational technology has raised expectations of legislators and the public who are now looking for returns on this investment (Benton, 2002; CEO Forum, 1999, 2000), and therefore are calling for evidence regarding the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of technology in K-12 schools (Ringstaff & ... industry trends, business articles and survey research

A Riverside study of low-income families who completed computer classes through a city-run program found participants needed more computer skills after learning Internet basics. As a result, the city is hoping to offer fall classes to meet those needs. "Training gets them surfing the Web and basic banking but not enough skills to teach them to do a resume ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

This will be for a construction project in rural Latin America. I'm wondering if it's possible to present the information in such a way that the workers can follow the design intent without the architect or engineer being on site full time to direct the work. Does anyone know of anything like this that's been successful in the past? Thanks for all the valuable ideas and encouragement so far! Illustrating the ...
